Turning a shoebox of receipts into a spending record you can question

How photographing receipts builds a private, searchable record of what you actually spend.

Capture as you go

Photograph a receipt when you get it. Merchant, date, total and category are read and stored with the picture, so the paper can go in the bin.

Instead of scrolling folders, ask questions like “what did I spend on the car in June?” and see the answer with links to the receipts it came from.

Spending totals group by month, category and merchant, and every figure can be traced back to the document behind it.

Personal documents live in your own private space, separate from any work space, with expiring links if you ever need to share one.
